Get A Free Copy Of Sunday Times Cd Rom

We all go through it, The Sunday Times…

After much TV and radio fanfare, The Sunday Times CD-Rom, The Month, is with us. More than anything, it’s a visual feast for Bowie fans, with images such as the above Frank Ockenfels shot (grabbed from the CD-Rom) gracing both the front of the Culture magazine and the CD-Rom envelope itself.

There is some sound and vision on the CD-Rom that has not yet been made available to BowieNetters, and the aforementioned Culture magazine has four pages of editorial that includes pieces by Robert Sandall and Mark Edwards, which you can read online by clicking on their names.

Even if you haven’t been able to purchase the publication yourself this morning, you can make up your own mind about the content of the CD-Rom by making use of the following information:

FOR SEPTEMBER ONLY, A FREE TRIAL
To order a free copy of The Month Sep 03 email your name and postal address to tmcustserv@sunday-times.co.uk, or call Customer Services on 0044 (0) 207 860 1132. While stocks last.

This obviously means that we won’t need to run the competition for copies of the CD-Rom that I mentioned in a previous story. Please bear in mind that this is a UK number, and that there will be nobody around to assist you until Monday.

Footnote: 09.03.03
It seems that this offer wasn’t open to overseas applications after all, and in fact, it would also appear that the CD-Rom is now out of stock altogether anyway.

I have managed to get a few copies that I’ll distribute first-come, first-served to the first fifteen BowieNetters that send me their name and address… Those of you that already e-mailed me needn’t worry, as I have already reserved you a copy.
