Last Night In Philly, Words From Db, Pix From Mp!

DB relaxes before the show, while a worried Mark Plati
remembers he left the bath running back home in NY!

Hot tramp, I love you so…

Was pleased to find in my inbox this morning that Mark Plati had sent in some pictures from last night’s show in Philadelphia, and that David had generously sent in a little bit about it too…so, just for you:

“Another hugely hot show, I really believe it’s the sun’s duty to go in by sunset, but it seems aforesaid sun is not privy to that order. Philly audience great, as they always were. I’m taking full advantage of second spot on show and getting in the car afterwards and driving home to NY every night, so that I can be there when Lexi wakes up in the morning. The first thing she does these days is go into my music room and switch on the keyboard to play a little morning ‘abstract’ music to get us all revved up for the day. Off to New Jersey tonight, Uncle Floyd country.”

“Mmmm…nice arse…both of ’em!” Plati-eye-view of DB and
GAD during ‘I Would Be Your Slave’ last night in Philadelphia.

David and the band played the same set as Sunday’s show at the Nissan Pavillion in Bristow, but for those of you that can’t be bothered to look back, here it is again:

While we’re on the subject of Philly, The Philadelphia Enquirer has a great piece on Bowie’s importance to the hip kids of the city as Ziggy started to break in 1972, including contributions from BowieNetter Patti Brett, one of the original Sigma Kids. Go check out the feature here.
