Dress my friends up just for show…
Almost two years since he last played there, David Bowie has confirmed that there will be a BowieNet Roseland show during the second week of June. We will have the exact date for you very soon, but in the meantime I wouldn’t book a holiday anywhere from Ibiza to the Norfolk Broads, during the week commencing June 9th.
Those of you old enough to remember will recall the last BowieNet show of June 19th 2000 at the same venue, which remains for many their very favourite Bowie performance. If you weren’t there you can see what you missed by viewing Duncan Jones’s excellent document of the event in the mutations box.
The band line-up for this show will be; Sterling Campbell on drums, Earl Slick guitar, Gail Ann Dorsey bass, Mark Plati guitar, Mr Spooky Ghost himself, Gerry Leonard on guitar, and of course, Mike Garson on keyboards. We are also proud to announce the addition of newcomer Catherine Russell to the band, a wonderful vocalist, keyboardist and percussionist.
