Public Enemy has been made to remove their songs (available for free download in the MP3 format) from their website as, apparently they forgot to inform their record company that they intended to do this!!
Chuck D said posting the free songs was an act against the entire record industry. On Tuesday, PolyGram, threatened legal action unless the songs were removed from the Web site. Public Enemy took the songs off the site, as requested.
