In a panel called “BowieBonds and Beyond” at South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, Texas on Friday (March 19), financiers and spectators discussed the “BowieBond” concept.

The ‘BowieBond‘ concept involves selling securities backed by future cash flow on artists existing catalogue. Since Bowies’ precedent making deal of 1997, all such deals on Wall Street are known as BowieBond deals.

The South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive Festival is an Interactive Conference, focusing on New Media.

Rolling Stone Magazine (March 18th Edition) has reviewed David Bowie’s Hunky Dory in it’s Classic Re-Issues Section. The Magazine gave Hunky Dory a rare (perfect) 5 star rating!
