More Mike Garson

2 weeks ago, BowieNet reported that Bowie had contributed music to the film Stigmata starring Patricia Arquette and Gabriel Byrne, which will be released on August 27th.

The song is called “The Pretty Things Are Going To Hell” and a different version of the song will also be included on the soundtrack which is currently scheduled for release on August 10.

Other artists confirmed for the soundtrack include Massive Attack, Remy Zero, Chumbawamba, Billy Corgan and the Afro Celt Sound System featuring Sinead O’Connor on vocals.

Why are we re-telling this tale? Well, it seems that Mike Garson actually co-composed the score for STIGMATA with Billy Corgan. He also composed the music and Billy wrote the music for the end title. Small World huh.

You can check up on our friend Mike Garson at his website: Mike Garson’s Now! Music Network.
