Bowie and his band appeared yesterday (October 25th) on the Mark and Lard Radio One show. There was a 5-7 minute interview with David in which he said that ‘Survive’ would be the next single released in the UK. Bowie’s appearance was accompanied with the performance of five songs:
1. Survive
2. Drive In Saturday
3. Something In The Air
4. Can’t Help Thinking About Me
5. Repetition
Artists normally get 3 only songs on the show, so 4 was a tip of the hat to Bowie, and 5 was a credit to Bowie’s loyalty to his fans (he apparently had to do some smooth talking to squeeze a fifth song onto the show).
