Killer Tunes

Canada’s Jam Music Website gives the American Psycho Soundtrack a 4 out of 5 rating in its review of the recently released disk. Here is what they said about the soundtrack:

“In stores today, this revised soundtrack doesn’t reflect the serial killer’s cheesy ’80s music taste, which includes Lewis, Phil Collins, Genesis and Whitney Houston. Instead, we get good stuff like New Order (True Faith), cool remixes of previously released songs like David Bowie’s Something In The Air and The Cure’s Watching Me Fall, and spooky new songs like Trouble by Daniel Ash and Portishead’s Adrian Utley. There are also monologue snippets of star Christian Bale as shallow psychopath Patrick Bateman, accompanied by classical music. “In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do 1,000 now,” he says. Good to know.”
