To tie in with the ‘Best Of Bowie’ album, which will be released on 21st October , EMI Catalogue release the long awaited ‘Best of Bowie’ DVD on November 4th.
This 2 disc set boasts a plethora of TV performances, such as ‘Oh! You Pretty Things’, ‘Five Years’ and ‘Queen Bitch’ (all taken from the ‘Old Grey Whistle Test’), ‘Young Americans’ (from The ‘Dick Cavett Show’) and the now legendary ‘Starman’ performance from ‘Top Of The Pops’. The DVD will also include the only contemporary performance of ‘Rebel Rebel’ on film, which was taken from the Dutch TV programme ‘TopPop’.
All of this, coupled with the classic videos and live concert appearances, make this 47 track collection truly the ‘Best Of Bowie’
