I’ll slip out again tonight
Don’t forget that tonight at 11.35PM on BBC2 in the UK is your first chance to see the set which David recorded back in September, for the opening edition of the new series of Later with Jools Holland.
Five songs were recorded – Rebel Rebel, Look Back In Anger, 5:15 The Angels Have Gone, Heathen and Ashes To Ashes – although its likely that only four will be broadcast.
You can check out this page at the BBC2 website, which has this to say about David’s spot:-
BBC2’s flagship live music show returns for a new eight week run. You can expect the usual high quality performances from artists around the world and this first show is no exception. Joining Jools in the studio is David Bowie, performing tracks from his most acclaimed album in years, “Heathen” along with his 1974 smash “Rebel Rebel”.
The programme is repeated, again on BBC2, on Sunday night at midnight. (which is officially described as Monday 21st October, 12.00AM)
DB gets ready for filming as Blammo takes this shot of the particularly elegantly attired Gail.
