Indeed, the single, Sue (Or In A Season Of Crime), and the album, Nothing Has Changed – The Very Best of Bowie, are both released today (Monday November 17) in the ten territories listed below.

Italy has apparently moved their release date forward a day to today, though their TV ad seems to suggest the 18th.
