David is currently in the studio working on bits from a new album which is scheduled to be released in September! This is a 2CD set chronicling David’s sessions at the BBC from 1968 to 1972 – plus a Limited Edition set will be released which includes a 3rd CD of the legendary performance from the BBC Radio Theatre on June 27, 2000!!!

In a groundbreaking online event, David Bowie has also announced that a track from this third CD – the recent performance – will be mixed with the help of BowieNetters in a real time event broadcast over the Internet! On July 31st fans can log on to BowieNet to select their favorite (or even favourite) version of a track – the one the fans choose will be the one included on the album!
