Bowie has been rated as the 10th most popular artist in the Blackpool Lending Library. Blackpool is a Northern Holiday resort in Britain that can be sort of equated with America’s Coney Island. Bowie comments: “I’m flabbergasted. I’ve had a fair amount of success in my time but this almost over eggs the cake.
